The business had been running on off-the-shelf software. The first build phase replaces it with a custom operations platform, with a public estimate tool built alongside it.

It is the first of four phases: systems, crew, demand and full service. The business keeps trading through all of them, since nothing had to be built before it could.

Emulsion stability, viscosity and flavor profile are being finalized, the remaining ingredient suppliers confirmed, and a taste testing round is underway.

It follows the concept phase, closed January 6, and the brand and label phase, closed February 11. The product is a pourable 8oz bottle with 52g of protein and zero sugar. Phase 04 is launch, with November 2026 as the target. Phase 05 is sales.

Liquid Macro was established as the first operating brand under Hewcore, in the functional high-protein food category.

Unlike a holding bought as a going concern, it is being built from the idea up, across five phases to sales.

Hewcore was incorporated as an Idaho C-corporation with a holding company structure and 10 million authorized shares.

It does not sell anything under its own name; the businesses it holds do.
